Designing and holding facilitated spaces for dialogue, conflict, and transformation
Applying process work and deep democracy principles across regions and business units
Ensuring that tensions are worked with rather than escalated or silenced
2. Participation & Resonance
Enabling inclusive participation across cultures, regions, and social positions
Supporting resonance-based decision processes
Ensuring that minority voices and marginal perspectives remain present
3. Capacity Building
Training facilitators, hosts, and regional process holders
Embedding process competence into the wider Tusknet system
Supporting individuals and groups in navigating uncertainty and change
System Responsibility
Positioning Tusknet Community & Social Processes as the relational holding layer of the Tusknet ecosystem
Connecting:
Tusknet FI (digital spaces for resonance and dialogue)
Governance (legitimacy and participation)
Regions (local conflict transformation and cohesion)
Development (support during growth and change)
Maintaining coherence between social dynamics, decision-making, and system stability
Profile
Experience & Competence
Background in facilitation, process work, conflict transformation, or social systems
Experience working with groups, organizations, or communities under tension
Ability to translate emotional and relational dynamics into collective learning
Stance
High capacity for presence, listening, and neutrality
Comfort with conflict, ambiguity, and strong emotions
Commitment to dignity, inclusion, and responsibility
Success Is Measured By
